If you’re looking for a home with history and a colorful past, you’ll want to visit the Biltmore Colony in South Palm Springs. Opened in 1948, the Biltmore Hotel was a Palm Springs hot spot and landmark for decades. Fifty five years later, the Biltmore was demolished in 2003.
In its place today, stands the Biltmore Colony condos, a hip, modern development in a once again trendy area of South Palm Springs. Guests of the hip hotel in its heyday would feel right at home today.
The Biltmore Colony offers community pools and spas, exercise facility, party areas with kitchens, barbecues, firepits, and desert landscaping. The condos are also on FEE land (no lease) and many include garages, which are sometimes hard to come by in the South end of Palm Springs.
