HGTV’s House Hunter Chooses House #2 at Enclave In Palm Springs

HGTV’s House Hunters television show visited Palm Springs a few months ago. Adrian, a business woman and house hunter from Los Angeles, was shown three homes by her real estate agent and good friend. The first home they toured was a 1980s Twin Palms mediterranean, with an asking price of $500,000. The second home was a new contemporary in the Enclave at Sunrise neighborhood, at the North end of town. The asking price was $550,000. The third home was a midcentury fixer in South Canyon, with “good bones” and an asking price of $549,000. They were all in the 3,000 square foot range.

Adrian chose the new contemporary at Enclave. She purchased the former model, which included a pool and spa, detached casita and major views.

The neighborhood is located at the corner of Racquet Club Road and Sunrise Way in Palm Springs.
